Will MetricSpark change anything in my systems?+
No. MetricSpark is read-only by default. It observes the data you point it at and never writes back, modifies, or deletes anything.
How fresh is the data I see?+
Live. Once connected, MetricSpark stays continuously in sync. The dashboard is typically within seconds of reality, not last night's batch.
Where does my data live, and who can see it?+
Inside your own tenant on managed cloud infrastructure. Access is role-scoped — different roles see different things. We don't share, sell, or train models on your data.
How long does setup take?+
About five minutes from credentials to first live view. No agents, no firewall changes, no SSO required for initial rollout.
Is the AI grounded in my data?+
Yes. Every answer is computed from your live data inside MetricSpark. When the platform doesn't have an answer, it tells you and points at the closest available view.
What does pricing look like?+

How is this different from ConnectWise reports?+
ConnectWise reports are static — you pick a template, run it, get a CSV. MetricSpark stays live, answers ad-hoc questions in plain English, and joins ConnectWise data with the other systems your team actually uses (timesheets, KPI sheets, dashboards). No report builder, no schedules to maintain, no waiting on an admin.
What about Power BI or Tableau?+
Power BI and Tableau are excellent for analysts who build dashboards. MetricSpark is for operators who don't have an analyst. There's no semantic model to design, no DAX, no refresh schedules — you connect read-only credentials and ask. If you already run BI, MetricSpark sits beside it as the AI layer on top of live operations.
Why not just write a SQL query?+
You can — if you have the access, the schema in your head, and the time. Most service-delivery managers have none of the three. MetricSpark turns the question you'd ask a data engineer into a one-line prompt, and shows the underlying numbers so you can verify.
